Coming Soon Program

The Coming Soon program was developed to build demand and buyer excitement about a property prior to its availability. You as a seller will list your home “exclusively” with an agent from the Jim Fulgenzi Sales Force. While you prepare your home for showings, we will order professional photos, floor plans and everything we need to properly market the listing. During this time we will not be showing the property, however we will actively be marketing to other agents in the area with freequest mass emails. Once the home is ready, it will then be listed in the MLS and available for showings.

The advantage to listing your home as “coming soon” is that buyers are eagerly awaiting the chance to see your home when its scheduled release from exclusivity arrives. Buyer agents are anxious to be the first to show their client the property to show that they are ahead of the curve and in the know. This has proven to be a win-win!
