  Jamie has lied to us on several occasions in order to make a sale go through. Even after being told directly to cancel a selling agreement and to relist the property, she refused and continued to sell even though that stuck us with extra closing fees. Jamie assured us they that the buyer had agreed to cover these repairs costs but we see them listed on the closing papers. To hide this, she had an mobile notary appear and an elderly sellers home to sign these agreements without allowing her to consult an attorney. We heard of Jim fulgenzi on a radio ad with another couple. That couple had issues as well but managed to cancel their selling agreement. We were told that she tried to sabotage the sale of their home trying to lure away their buyer in some sort of revenge. so do not use her as a realtor.

  My fiancé and I decided to consolidate our belongings into one property, and we began looking through ads for real estate. One of the properties was listed by Jim Fulgenzi with Jamie Williams as the listing agent. Jamie was very patient with us, as what we originally thought we wanted in a home, was not what we decided we wanted, after seeing several properties. We knew we wanted her to be our realtor. I felt that Jamie had an excellent overview of properties in the Springfield area. She was knowledgeable about each one we viewed, and if we had questions she couldn't answer, she followed up with the answers the next day. When we settled on a property to purchase, she was also helpful in suggesting various contractors who might be helpful to us. Since that time (almost two years ago), she has stayed in touch.
